  2. Initiate Open Conversations about Accountability: Address the elephant in the room. Organize a meeting where team members can openly discuss the lack of accountability and its effects on morale and productivity. 
  3. Set Clear Expectations and Responsibilities: Clearly outline each person’s role and how it contributes to team goals. Hold a team meeting to discuss these expectations and use project management tools for tracking progress. Regularly review individual contributions and address any challenges promptly.
