On May 30, 2025, we have the immense privilege and honor of hosting the 2025 Redemptive Leadership Summit. A group of 50+ leaders gathered here in Harrisburg, PA, exploring topics that cut to the heart of purposeful leadership: The Power of Redemptive Entrepreneurship, Building Leadership on Character, Contemplation, and Calling, Beyond the Surface: Facing the Hard, Messy Realities of Purpose-Driven Ventures, Monitoring and Measuring for Sustainable Impact, and Lessons Learned in Faith-Driven Capital Stewardship. What an honor it was to be, serve, and learn together with such remarkable individuals.
We write to you not as ones who have arrived, but as people who are on the journey together, aware that our time here is both precious and fleeting. In this brief season we’ve been given, we find ourselves drawn to those of you who lead with something deeper than ambition—those who carry what we can only call a redemptive ethos.
You are the ones who see potential where others see problems, who choose the harder path of restoration over the easier route of replacement. You understand that true leadership isn’t about building monuments to ourselves, but about breathing life into forgotten places, making anew what’s considered waste, and serving those who are often neglected.
We’ve watched you make decisions that cost you in the short term because you believe in something beyond veneer accolades and short-sighted victories. You’re the business leader who protects jobs during tough times, the educator who stays late with the struggling student, the community organizer who refuses to give up on neighborhoods others have written off. You see and treat people not just as they are, but as they could become.
This redemptive calling—it’s not always rewarded by the world’s standards. Sometimes it’s lonely. Sometimes it feels thankless. But we believe it matters more than we may ever know.
Your willingness to sacrifice self-interest for the flourishing of others, to rebuild trust in broken systems, to restore dignity to the marginalized—this is sacred work. It echoes something lasting, something that transforms not just those you serve, but you as well.
Time has taught us that none of us knows how long we have to make our mark. What we do know is that the mark you’re making—one of restoration, renewal, and sacrificial love—is exactly what our world needs.
If we can serve you by deepening your redemptive leadership journey or connecting with others who share this calling, we invite you to reach out—whether for coaching, training, or simply to be part of a community that understands the purpose-driven work you’re after. Together, we can amplify the impact of redemptive leadership and ensure this vital work continues to flourish in the next generation.
Thank you for choosing the redemptive path. Keep going.
